About This Project

A development of mixed flats and houses providing 100% Affordable dwellings for Coastal Housing Association. As the site hosted an existing retail unit, this brown filed site is was perfect for allowing a three storey development fronting the main road, providing retail units at the lower ground and accommodation above. Various designs were submitted for planning with the former images on the left hand side being the approved layout.
