About This Project

A development of 12 No. 100% Affordable dwellings on the former Tai education junior school, Tonypandy. The site provided many constraints including large retaining walls and steep topography and only one access point to serve the site. The key design criteria was to incorporate the constraints and use materials typically used in the existing the school building.
