Forge Lane, Pontypool

This site came with an existing planning approval of 12 luxury apartments set in the centre of Pontypool town. The Housing Association set a challenging brief to redesign the internals to suit Design Quality Requirements (DQR) with only minor changes to the external facade to suit the planning approved elevations. This resulted in 20 no. 2 bedroom apartments set over an under croft car parking arrangement.
