About This Project

This development of 10 dwellings was designed for Trevallis Housing Association of a brown field site in Ystrad. The site formally hosted flats – previously demolished but retained the existing central highway. The site was therefore designed around the highway along with other constraints. The site also hosts a supported accommodation unit for young adults.
