Karl Lewis

Director

Karl entered the construction industry in 1992 and has gained almost 25 years’ experience in the Architectural field. Starting his career in a medium sized Newport based Architectural practice, he has worked on almost every type of building construction. Technically experienced and equipped with an eye for detail, his time served in the industry has also gained him valuable design flare. His passion for providing good quality and technical design has increased through his time served.

As well as gaining valuable years working in Architectural practices, Karl has worked for national house builders and contractors, where project management and contractual skills were gained, aiding his overall knowledge of the construction industry.

His later years seeing him as a director of an Architectural practice and later the design director in a large construction company, Karl gained first-hand experience in large volume house designing, site procurement and turnkey contracts.
